Aliens: Lovesick was a one-shot comic book published by Dark Horse Comics in December 1996. It was written by Thierry Gagnon, Richard Forgues and Randy Stradley, with art by Forgues, lettering by Clem Robins and coloring by Cary Porter. The story was edited by Stradley, Philip Amara and Ian Stude and featured a cover by Forgues.
Lovesick was eventually collected along with other Aliens comics in Aliens Omnibus: Volume 5 in November 2008.
In the Aliens comics line, Aliens: Lovesick was preceded by Aliens: Lucky (September 1996), and was followed by Aliens: Headhunters (January 1997).

Official description:
Eleven-year-old Jimi has a crush on his older cousin Nancy, who's a pilot for creepy Dr. Dakien, who also has the hots for Nancy. Unbeknownst to Nancy, Dakien's not just creepy, he's completely mad, and Nancy's rejection has driven him off the deep end. He's killed himself to set in motion a plan to go after Nancy and Jimi! Between rescuing Jimi, staving off Dakien's cybernetic doppelgänger, and battling the aliens Dakien has unleashed, there may not be enough Nancy to go around.
Behind the Scenes[]
A rare Aliens comedic action/adventure story, Lovesick was one of only three Aliens comics published by Dark Horse in all of 1996. The others being the similarly comedic action one-shot Aliens: Mondo Heat, and the more typical action/horror story Aliens: Lucky. Dark Horse would return to published a full slate of Aliens limited series, one-shots and short stories in 1997.
